Guilds
Band together under one banner: a guild gives you a name under your character, a private chat channel, a shared fund, and protection from friendly fire.
Founding a guild
Visit the Guild Director in Twin City. To found a guild you need:
- Level 90 or higher,
- 1,000,000 silver (the founding fee; half of it becomes your guild's starting fund),
- a unique name (up to 15 letters, no spaces).
Type the name into the Director's window and your guild is born - you become its Guild Leader, and the founding is heralded to the whole server.
Joining a guild
- Apply: click the guild's Leader or a Deputy Leader and choose Join Syndicate. They have 30 seconds to accept.
- Be recruited: a Leader/Deputy can click you and invite you; accept the prompt to join.
Applications must go to the Leader or a Deputy - a regular member cannot accept you.
Guild ranks
- Guild Leader - the founder: recruits, kicks, promotes/demotes, sets the announcement, disbands. The leader cannot simply leave the guild (disband at the Director instead).
- Deputy Leader (up to 5) - can recruit and accept applications.
- Member - everyone else.
Life in a guild
- Guild name shows under your character for everyone to see.
- Guild chat - the guild channel reaches every online member, anywhere in the world.
- Announcement - the leader's bulletin, shown in the guild window and on login.
- Donations - donate silver from the guild window; it grows the guild fund and your recorded contribution.
- Member list - the guild window lists every member (online first) with level and status. The leader can kick from here - even members who are offline.
- Friendly fire - in the Team PK mode your guildmates are protected, like teammates.
Allies and enemies
The Guild Leader manages diplomacy at the Guild Director ("Manage my guild") or from the guild window - up to 5 allies and 5 enemies:
- Alliance - propose it to another guild by name; their leader has 60 seconds to propose back, and the alliance seals for both sides. Either leader can end it later.
- Enemy - a one-sided declaration (the other guild is notified). Make peace any time.
The Director's manage menu is also where the leader promotes members to Deputy Leader (and demotes them).
Leaving and disbanding
- A member or deputy can leave at any time from the guild window.
- Only the leader can disband the guild, at the Guild Director (with a confirmation step). Disbanding is permanent - the fund is lost and every member is released.
How our version differs
- Applications and invitations must involve a Leader or Deputy Leader (classic private servers often let any member accept - we follow the original game's rule).
- Alliances require both leaders' consent (a 60-second mutual proposal).
- Guild war and transferring leadership are not available yet - these will come in a later update.
