The Aurenfall launcher downloads the classic 5065 client, keeps it patched, and can upgrade it to HD resolutions.
Unpack the archive and run AurenfallLauncher.exe — everything is inside. In a hurry? The launcher alone installs the whole game on first run.
Log in and create your hero
Start the launcher, press Play and sign in with your account. Pick your class — Trojan, Warrior, Archer or Taoist — and a name the world will remember.
Rise
Follow the Scholar out of the training village into Twin City. Hunt, level, forge, join a guild — and one day, be reborn.

Will my progress last?
Yes — that is the whole intention. The world is developed continuously, so rates and balance can still be tuned, but we will do everything we can to avoid ever resetting anyone's progress. The full picture is in the Terms of Service.
Is it really free?
Yes. Aurenfall is a passion project. Everything in the game is earned by playing.
Will it ever be pay-to-win?
No. A future shop will be cosmetics and small conveniences only — read our promise.
Which game version is this?
Classic patch 5065 — the golden era: four classes, rebirths, no gimmicks.
What is the HD client?
Our launcher can patch the classic client to run at modern resolutions like 1920x1080, with the interface properly centered.
